papaya salad

Papaya salad or Somtum thai is popular food of Thailand. take time 1 minute and server for 2 person.
Thai Food : Ingredients of papaya salad
papaya slice to small and long size 1 cup
sting bean slice 3 tablespoon
fish sauce 2 tablespoon
coconut sugar 1 tablespoon
lemon juice 1 tablespoon
tomato slice to medium size 1 tomato
dried shrimps 2 tablespoon
crushed peanuts 2 tablespoon
fresh red chilies mashed  1 tablespoon
garlic 1 teaspoon

Thai Food : Preparation of papaya salad

1. Use motar and prestle to crush the chilli, garlic, peanut and dried shrimps make it to crushing.
2. Put coconut sugar and tomato make it to combine
3. Then put the papaya, sting bean, fish sauce and lime juice. Mix it to combine.
4. Serve to a dish with vegetables
